Privacy

When you use Apex Copilot, the following data is sent to Apex Foundation servers (arena.apexaccs.org):

• Short excerpts from documents you submit for analysis (not full file contents)
• Your prompts and tool requests
• Session verification code

Your token authenticates requests. Apex never sees your terminal, filesystem, or code unless you explicitly share it.
