• CSE-114 Fix invalid *.d.ts files generated by the schema CLI tooling.
• CSE-114 Improve the compilation time of the schemas *.d.ts files. The schema CLI tooling will generate the *.d.ts files in 1.5-2 seconds instead 7-8 seconds.
• CSE-112 Fix the race conditions when CSE was running in development mode with webpack-dev-server. While the application is using webpack-dev-server the CSE runtime wasn't aware that web-resources are loaded from the dev server. That was causing race conditions when the extension was trying to register. The side effects of the race condition were causing the unwanted validation errors.
