BionicForms MCP Server

MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that exposes the BionicForms REST API as tools for Claude. Build forms, manage responses, and trigger AI analysis — all from Claude Desktop or Claude Code.

Getting an API Key

No API key yet? Use the register tool — it creates an account and returns a key in one step. Or register at bionicforms.com and generate a key from Settings > API Keys.

Registration

  • register — Create an account and get an API key (no auth needed)

Forms

  • list_forms — List all forms in your workspace
  • create_form — Create a form with optional fields
  • get_form — Get form details and fields
  • update_form — Update title or description
  • delete_form — Permanently delete a form

Schema

  • update_form_schema — Replace a form's fields
  • publish_form — Publish a form to accept responses

Responses

  • list_responses — List submissions for a form
  • get_response — Get a single response's answers
  • delete_response — Delete a response

Analysis

  • trigger_analysis — Run AI analysis on responses (1 credit)
  • get_analysis — Get analysis results
  • query_analysis — Ask questions about responses (1 credit)

Webhooks

  • list_webhooks — List configured webhooks
  • create_webhook — Create a webhook endpoint
  • update_webhook — Update webhook settings
  • delete_webhook — Delete a webhook

Supported Field Types

text, email, phone, url, number, date, textarea, dropdown, radio, checkbox, rating, nps, slider, file, signature

Example Conversation

"Create a customer feedback form with fields for name, email, a 1-5 rating, and a text area for comments. Then publish it."

Claude will call create_form with the fields, then publish_form — giving you a live form URL in seconds.
