Environmental variables into Bespoke Report scope

Just add this in your nextjs.config.js

publicRuntimeConfig: {

      WHATEVER: "hello"
  },
  // ...
},

And is gonna be offered as ENV_API and ENV_WHATEVER in the list of variables in the profile.
