Returns a shareable link like https://relay.floom.dev/s/k7m3xq2p. Anyone with the URL can read the raw Markdown — drop it into any AI tool that accepts skills.

Commands

• relay login — sign in with Google. New accounts are created on first login. Token stored at ~/.relay-cli/config.json.
• relay init [file.md] — create a starter skill file.
• relay publish <file.md> — upload a Markdown file. Optional --public / --private / --unlisted.
• relay list — show your published skills. Optional --json.
• relay add <url-or-slug> — fetch a skill into ~/.claude/skills/<slug>.md.
• relay doctor — diagnose your Relay setup.
• relay whoami — show the signed-in account.
• relay logout — delete local credentials.

Skill format

Optional YAML-ish frontmatter (title, description, version), then freeform Markdown.
