This type is for a handler function that does not take a callback, but instead returns a promise for the response.
Creates an APIGatewayEvent for testing.
Currently does not implement requestContext.
Creates an AWS Lambda Context for testing.
Currently does not implement done, fail, getRemainingTimeInMillis and succeed.
