This is a fork of the Capacitor CLI that adds support for the Crosswalk WebView for the Android platform, allowing it to run on Android 4.1+ devices.
The Capacitor command-line interface should be installed locally and executed through npm scripts.
npm install @onslip/capacitor-cli --save-dev
