* save the db manifest file using [ipfs.add](https://github.com/ipfs/js-ipfs/blob/master/packages/interface-ipfs-core/SPEC/FILES.md#add) (dag-pb + UnixFS),  
  in order to be accessible by public IPFS HTTP gateways
