This directory is the canonical location for the gold-standard calibration corpus used by npm run test:gold.
If this folder is empty in your checkout, symlink or copy the full testbed from the monorepo root:
runsec.io/core/gold-standard-testbed → mcp-server/src/rules/data/gold-standard-testbed
Or set RUNSEC_GOLD_TESTBED to an absolute path when running the QA script.
Each file embeds ground-truth markers as:
