This package on npm is currently a name reservation within the @ttctl scope. There is no working library here yet — only a stub that exists to hold the @ttctl/core name on the npm registry while the real implementation is finalized.
What this will become
@ttctl/core will be the core library for Toptal Talent platform integration (API client, auth, services) used by the ttctl umbrella package — part of the unofficial personal-productivity toolkit for Toptal Talent profiles.
