  • add nameSpan field to Element and Attribute
  • allow case-insensitive closing tags for non-foreign elements
  • fix Comment#sourceSpan
  • support bogus comments (<!...>, <?...>)
  • support full named entities (fixed upstream)
  • add type property to nodes
  • value span for attributes includes quotes
