This fork has bben made on order to provide xlsx-style a simple way to add comments to cells.
It is done by adding plain dataValidation.
workbook.Sheets[SheetName]['!dataValidation'] = [ {sqref: 'Cell_of_reference', title: "title_message", message: "message"}, ... ]
