Simple CLI tool to convert a string to bytes32 for Ethereum.

Usage:

$ npx bytes32
0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000

$ npx bytes32 sETH

$ npx bytes32 Something\ With\ Spaces
