Usage

Coach Gravity is a structured coaching toolkit. You can install it in two ways:

Option A — npm (recommended):

npx coach-gravity install

This auto-installs everything: global workflows, the Coach Gravity skill, DocGuard, and config files into ~/.gemini/.

Option B — ZIP archive:

• Unzip coach_gravity.zip into a folder on your machine
• Open the folder in your AI coding agent (Antigravity)
• Type /start in the agent chat to begin the guided onboarding
• Follow the 9-phase curriculum from Phase 0 (trust and setup) through Phase 8 (deploy to AWS)
