dogecoinRegex([options])

Returns a regex for matching Dogecoin (DOGE) addresses.

options.exact

Type: boolean
Default: false (Matches any DOGE address in a string)

Only match an exact string. Useful with RegExp#test() to check if a string is an DOGE address.
