Filter the DSH Settings → Plugins → Plugin list by category and show descriptive MCP plugin names.

Why

When you have many DSH plugins installed, the official plugin list is a flat grid with search only. It is hard to find things. This plugin:

• adds category filter chips: MCP / Official / Skill / DSH plugins / UI / Tools / Core;
• supports multi-select with OR semantics (show plugins matching any selected category);
• shows category badges on each plugin card;
• fixes MCP display names: instead of every MCP instance showing as mcp-client, it shows cloudflare-api, codegraph, etc.

It shadows the official "Plugin list" tab using the same slot id at a lower priority, so disabling or uninstalling this plugin restores the original tab.

Scope

• Read-only: it only reads the existing plugin inventory Remote.
• It does not install/uninstall plugins.
• It does not read ~/.dsh/skills; only Cordis Loader plugins are classified.
