Migration tool(s) for fetching issues from the Google Code Issue Tracker API and translating that data into a GitHub Issue Tracker offline-importable format. Please note that you will need special permission/assistance from the amazing GitHub staff to utilize this loading mechanism.
Install the module with: npm install gc2gh-issue-migrator
