First, install Yeoman and generator-webapp-parcel using npm (we assume you have pre-installed node.js).
npm install -g yo
npm install -g generator-webapp-parcel
Then generate your new project:
yo webapp-parcel
It's easy to bring up a development server on http://localhost:1234:
npm install
npm start
