Internal services exposes endpoints that can be used for internal consumption.
This is either internal to BDCS services or internal to Q2 (reports etc...)
When using Internal Services for your unit tests in other projects, you must run:
$ npm run serve:test
Basic healthchecks for this service.
Get secrets from the aws secrets store.
