var moduleNotFoundError = require('module-not-found-error')
var err = moduleNotFoundError('foo')
//=> err.message: Cannot find module 'foo'
//=> err.code: 'MODULE_NOT_FOUND'
moduleNotFoundError(id) -> errReturns an error with the appropriate message and code.
