Fixing Rainbow SDK dependency (2.10.0-lts.10)
Implementation of a new option : sendRetryOnReconnect Keep message to send in a buffer when the connection is down and re-send it when connection is up again. The buffer length is limited to 500 entries. The resent message content can be prefixed with a configurable text. The keywork :DATE: can be used inside and will be replaced by the date of initial message.
