What is this?

This rule is included in the following presets:

npm install remark-lint-no-file-name-mixed-case

In Deno with esm.sh:

import remarkLintNoFileNameMixedCase from 'https://esm.sh/remark-lint-no-file-name-mixed-case@2'

    .process(await read('example.md'))

  console.error(reporter(file))
