Return true if selection is inside a blockquote (and it can be unwrap).
changes.wrapInBlockquote

Wrap current block in a new blockquote.
changes.unwrapBlockquote
plugin.changes.unwrapBlockquote(change: Change) => Change
Unwrap from current blockquote if any.
