Sort [vfile][] messages.

*   First sorts by line/column: earlier messages come first
*   If two messages occurred at the same place, sorts fatal error before
    warnings, before info messages
*   Otherwise, uses `localeCompare` to compare `source`, `ruleId`, or finally
    `reason`

## Installation

[npm][]:
