The main entry module for the application, includes the `index.html` file for usage during the webpack build operation.

Primarily used to interface with the API for this test exercise. Obviously this is pretty rudimentary for this exercise but this could be expanded to be more flexible and less coupled.

The main component that generates a Survey Result. The name is probably not ideal, I should have named this SurveyResultDetail or something similar.

Currently a few functions that I commonly use for development, however this could be  expanded out to include a richer set of utility functions such as memoization etc.
