QrScanner will scan for a QRCode from your Web-cam and return its
string representation by drawing the captured image onto a 2D Canvas
and use [@LazarSoft/jsqrcode](https://github.com/LazarSoft/jsqrcode) to check for a valid QRCode every *Xms*
