The `@ag.common/analytics` package aims to coordinate analytics capture across the export service. We ship the correct tracking codes out of the box for Hotjar and Google Analytics so that everything is reported to the right place.

Common application shell for apps in the user-facing authenticated space of the Export Service

`HelpReference` and `ArticleLink` are components that allow an application to reference export service help content from the page itself without opening a new tab and breaking a users' flow.
