It is a standard stdio MCP server: run uvx banimode-mcp, or pip install banimode-mcp and run banimode-mcp.

and no API key. Requests are throttled and retried on timeouts, 429 and 5xx.

No: the API answered directly from Iran and through a foreign (Turkish) proxy in testing, and there was no bot challenge. If your network needs a proxy, set BANIMODE_MCP_PROXY.
