And then execute:

Usage

      post = Post.find(params[:id])
      cache(key: "api:posts:#{post.id}", etag: post.updated_at, expires_in: 2.hours) do
        post # post.extend(PostRepresenter) etc, any code that renders response
      end
    end

end
