Welcome to Religio! This is a Ruby Gem that scrapes information on the top 50 Major Religious traditions around the world from the website Patheos: https://www.patheos.com/library

Installation

To add this gem, type in the command line:

$ git clone git@github.com:loisklee/religio_cli.git

Next, enter:

$ cd religio_cli

And then execute:

$ bundle install

Usage

To start, type the below and follow the on-screen prompts.

$ bin/religio_cli

Happy learning!

Development

After checking out the repo, run bin/setup to install dependencies. You can also run bin/console for an interactive prompt that will allow you to experiment.

To install this gem onto your local machine, run bundle exec rake install. To release a new version, update the version number in version.rb, and then run bundle exec rake release, which will create a git tag for the version, push git commits and tags, and push the .gem file to rubygems.org.
