Чтобы использовать этот шаблон, добавьте --template @abdt при создании нового приложения.
Например:
npx create-react-app my-app --template @abdt
# или
yarn create react-app my-app --template @abdt
В package.json нового проекта необходимо удалить "eslintConfig": { "extends": "react-app" }.
