[2.3.0] - 2021-06-23

With release 2.3, we focused on updating the dependencies. We updated most of the direct, internal and build dependencies to stay up to date. The CSE 2.3 is also fixing any known vulnerability issues detected in both NPM and Java external dependencies.

The JavaScript code of atlassian-clientside-extensions-runtime and atlassian-clientside-extensions-page-bootstrapper Java P2 plugins is now bundled using webpack 5 instead of webpack 4.
