  mixin  // pino mixins, passed down to pino as is
  shouldPrettyPrint // defaults to false
  severityLabels // replace or add label mappings, [ {label: "oldKey", newLabel: "newKey"}]
  logLocation // location of the test log
  setDestination // default is false, set this to true to log to logLocation
