setup('global setup', async ({ }) => {

Then, you can use the setupClerkTestingToken

// my-test.spec.ts
import { setupClerkTestingToken } from "@clerk/testing/playwright";
import { test } from "@playwright/test";
test("sign up", async ({ page }) => {
await setupClerkTestingToken({ page });
