本组件是基于intl-tel-input 18.1.3版本进行改造，差异点如下：
yarn build，然后build:fish将build/js里的fish.intltelinput.js粘贴到fish框架build:react-only该组件react版本需要与主工程使用的react/react-dom版本一致，目前是peerDependencies中设置react 17.0.2版本与Fishx的模板保持一致，如有特殊需要可以升级为18.2.0以上版本。
