This is a CLI for more easily converting Word documents to LaTeX using the parsers developed by the Center of Trial and Error
npm i -g @trialanderror/converter-cli
The most basic usage is
cote-conv --docx <path-to-docx-file>
which will convert your word file to LaTeX using the most basic settings.
