Angular module to facilitate pubsub pattern between manually bootstrapped ng apps
Angular pubsub service that enables cross ng-app communications. The use case is related to bootstrapping an angular app in a page that has already another app. This service allows communication via the window object.
Note: Root scope is at the app level not page level.
