### cidrRange(cidr, [options])
- `cidr` {String} The IP address in CIDR notation. Required.
- `options` {Object} Options object.

#### Options
- `onlyHosts` {Boolean} Whether the network and broadcast addresses should be excluded. Only works for /30 and below. Default: `false`.
