console.log(hasClass);  // returns true

.appendClass(element, className)

HTML before:

<div id="foo" class="foo bar"></div>

JS:

var css = require('css-util');

var element = document.getElementById('foo');
css.appendClass(element, 'xyz');

HTML after:

<div id="foo" class="foo bar xyz"></div>

.replaceClass(element, existingClassName, newClassName)

Replaces a CSS class on a DOM element.
