以下命令仅发布npm到对应registry，不会做astore同步操作
fie publis -d --npm 发布npm到日常
发布插件默认使用dist作为发布目录，如果不存在则使用build目录。
如需自定义发布目录，请在项目的fie.config.js中增加以下配置
