(Currently hard-coded to work only with https://gitlab.com/tezos/tezos. Could easily be generalized.)
npm i -g gitlab-mr
Pipe a list of commit SHA's into the program with xargs. E.g.:
git rev-list HEAD | xargs gitlab-mr
