$ npm install helpertypes
$ yarn add helpertypes
$ pnpm add helpertypes
Simply import the types you want from helpertypes:
import {ElementOf} from "helpertypes";
const FAVORITE_FOOD = ["pizza", "burger", "lasagna"] as const;
// "pizza"|"burger"|"lasagna"
type FavoriteFood = ElementOf<typeof FAVORITE_FOOD>;
