The preferred way to install the IBM COS SDK for Node.js is to use the npm package manager for Node.js. Simply type the following into a terminal window:
npm install ibm-cos-sdk
Before you begin, you need a IBM Cloud account and an instance of COS.
To run the SDK you will need Node 4.x+.
var AWS = require('ibm-cos-sdk');
