the format

day task : 'HH:mm:ss'

week task : 'WWW HH:mm:ss', such as 'Wed 09:00:00'

month task: 'DD HH:mm:ss', such as '14 09:00:00'

year task: 'MM-DD HH:mm:ss', such as '03-14 09:00:00'
