Convert between full/half-width ASCII characters:

var half = uax11.toHalfwidth('Ｎｅｔ'); // Net
This module handles combining characters correctly, and returns the result in
NFD form by default. To get back NFC, please use the toFullwidthNFC and
toHalfwidthNFC functions instead.
