Install

Usage

var validate = require('validate-element-name');

try {
	validate('unicorn');
} catch (err) {
	console.log(err.message);
	//=> 'Custom element names must contain a hyphen. Example: unicorn-cake'
}

Throws an error if the custom element name is invalid.
