PyPI’s New Archival Feature Closes a Major Security Gap
PyPI now allows maintainers to archive projects, improving security and helping users make informed decisions about their dependencies.
OmeSliCC is designed to convert slides from common formats, to optimal OME formats for deep learning.
This includes converting from Omero and extracting metadata as label information.
