vlt Launches "reproduce": A New Tool Challenging the Limits of Package Provenance
vlt's new "reproduce" tool verifies npm packages against their source code, outperforming traditional provenance adoption in the JavaScript ecosystem.
In the terminal go to the pangeamt_nlp directory.
Switch to the branch that made the PR:
git checkout <source_branch>
git pull
source venv/bin/activate
rm -r dist
python setup.py sdist
pip install dist/*
cd tests
python -m unittest
sudo docker run -it -p 8081:8081 -v <absolute path to dist folder>:/nlp_dist enginestore.pangeamt.com/corporate/<engine_image> /bin/bash
pip install /nlp_dist/*
python start_server.py
curl -X POST -d '{"srcs": ["some testing segment"]}' 0.0.0.0:8081/translate
If it passes the tests accept the PR in github webpage.
Change to the master branch:
git checkout master
git pull
vim pangeamt_nlp/__init__.py
git add pangeamt_nlp/__init__.py
git commit -m "Update version number"
git push
rm -r dist/*
python setup.py sdist bdist_wheel
twine upload dist/*
