Patch-level verification for bundler.

Features

• Checks for vulnerable versions of gems in Gemfile.lock.
• Checks for insecure gem sources (http://).
• Allows ignoring certain advisories that have been manually worked around.
• Prints advisory information.
• Does not require a network connection.
