This shareable configuration use the following plugins:
conventional-changelog-conventionalcommits@semantic-release/commit-analyzer@semantic-release/release-notes-generator@semantic-release/changelog@semantic-release/npm@semantic-release/git@semantic-release/github@eclass/semantic-release-docker$ npm install --save-dev @open-sauced/semantic-release-conventional-config
The shareable config can be configured in the semantic-release configuration file:

Set DISABLE_DOCKER to any value if you want to disable the docker docker plugin.
